🔹 1. Strong Accounting & Bookkeeping Fundamentals

Whether you're managing payroll, reconciling accounts, or tracking budgets — the foundation of a great finance role is precision.

You should be confident with:

• Month-end and year-end closing
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Journals, trial balances, and reconciliations
• Working with cloud accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage

• Handle multi-currency reconciliations
• Understand global tax and payroll compliance (or be willing to learn)
• Manage international invoicing and collections
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and payroll partners

• Managing financial questions from non-finance stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years experience in accounting or finance (BPO experience is a plus)
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance and controls
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
• Sharp attention to detail and integrity in every transaction
