🔹 1. Strong Accounting & Bookkeeping Fundamentals
Whether you're managing payroll, reconciling accounts, or tracking budgets — the foundation of a great finance role is precision.
You should be confident with:
- Month-end and year-end closing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Journals, trial balances, and reconciliations
- Working with cloud accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage

We serve global clients and have staff across South Africa, the UK, Australia, and more. That means finance professionals must:
- Handle multi-currency reconciliations
- Understand global tax and payroll compliance (or be willing to learn)
- Manage international invoicing and collections
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and payroll partners

- Managing financial questions from non-finance stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years experience in accounting or finance (BPO experience is a plus)
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and controls
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
- Sharp attention to detail and integrity in every transaction
