🔹 1. Zendesk Integration Knowledge (or Willingness to Learn)
While you don’t need to be a Zendesk expert on day one, a good IT pro at Digify must understand how Zendesk fits into our operations—from system architecture and app integrations to user roles and API workflows. You'll support Ops teams, HR, and QA in customizing and scaling Zendesk to fit business needs.

🔹 2. Helpdesk Support & Issue Resolution
You’ll be the go-to person for all things IT—from network troubleshooting and hardware support to account provisioning and software rollouts. A calm, solutions-first mindset and fast response times are critical.
🔧 Typical tasks include:
- Setting up new employee accounts and devices
- Maintaining VoIP systems and cloud platforms
- Troubleshooting connectivity and access issues
- Supporting remote teams across multiple time zones
🔹 3. Security and Compliance Focus
As a BPO handling global clients, data security and privacy are top priorities. A great IT professional at Digify is detail-oriented and up-to-date with the latest security protocols, compliance standards (like POPIA/GDPR), and device management best practices.
🔒 You'll play a key role in:
- Enforcing security policies
- Managing firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security
- Supporting audits and incident responses
🔹 4. Cloud-Based & SaaS-Friendly Thinking
Digify runs on cloud-native tools and platforms—from Zendesk and Google Workspace to communication and project management tools. A strong IT team member must be comfortable navigating SaaS ecosystems and integrating new technologies into our stack.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in IT support or systems admin (BPO or SaaS a plus)
- Working knowledge of Zendesk, G-Suite, VoIP, and cloud platforms

- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and across teams
